DAP3300 Analogue Photoelectric Smoke Detector using the Principle of IR(infrared) scattered light is designed to detect density of smoke particles, and continuously transforms smoke density information into analogue signals and transmits these to the alarm controller. In fact, values of the analogue signals transformed shall also be higher as the smoke in the detection area become denser and higher, strengthen the IR light scattering, and it is based on parameters to determine if a fire condition exists while data transmitted are calculated and analyzed by the computer i.e.
