DAP2102£GP1 BUILT-IN COMBUSTIBLE GAS ALARM SYSTEM
1 General Description
DAP2102£GP1 built-in combustible gas alarm system is an intelligent system. It consists of DAP2102£GP1 alarm controller and DTQB-518 combustible gas sensor with explosion prevention performance.
The Sensor is installed at area where the potentially explosive atmosphere may be detected. It will send out a signal that is positive proportion with the concentration of combustible gas while the sensor touches combustible gas in air. Alarm controller will loop-show each detector¡¯s low-limited percent of L.E.L as well as send out an audible/visual alarm and control signal that hints operator to either take countermeasure or control relational automatic safe device while the value of concentration gets to preset alarm value. It may ensure safe work and avoid explosive accident.

2 Detected Gas
All types of Hydrocarbon combustible gas, including: hydrogen, natural gas, coal gas, liquid gas, jet fuel, gasoline, alkyl, alkene genus, alkone ketone genus, methanol, ethanol, aether genus, benzene genus etc.

3 Characteristic
1 Sensor can be remote mounted and demarcated (option install) installation flexibility and safety
2 Warning, alarm & fault relays Provides local alarm capability
3 Calibration, calibration check, setup mode Simplifies operation and maintenance
4 Tray type , Modular, plug-in signal input cards System expandability, simplified maintenance
5 Sensor adopts 3-wire connection system
6 Auto-checking
7 Key lock function
8 Sensor can resist 200ppm sulfureted hydrogen gas (must be noted on order form)
9 Locale concentration display on sensor (option install)
10 Sensor invalidation display on site (option install)
11 Alarm controller acts on high-limited and low-limited and send out a controlling signal.
12 RS-485 micro-processor
13 Figure and light beam alarming level display
